If you let us know 48 hours in advance, that you have to cancel the trip, you will receive a full refund. Between 24 und 48 hours you will get a 50% refund, but less than 24 hours before the tour is too short for us to re-organize and full costs for our guides are incurred, so no refund. Please arrive at the agreed-upon meeting point 10 minutes before the tour begins.
In case of bad weather, we offer you the option of taking a guided walking tour of the city instead of the guided bike tour. Leipzig Bike-Tours will provide any umbrellas you may need. If that is not possible due to severe weather, you will receive a full refund.
Yes, we provide you with bicycles and helmets and they are included in the price.

You'll find all payment terms in your booking confirmation. Generally, the agreed-upon price is paid in advance by bank transfer or by card (EC/Visa) at our office at Körnerstraße 45.
